- CPR and AED certification
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift

- ability to manage and schedule staff
- knowledge of inventory control

Job Duties
- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- lead inventory control efforts
- lead operational efforts
- work with donors to resolve concerns
- analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
- perform medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing tasks
- foster teamwork and resolve conflicts
