Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
CPR and AED certification
ability to bend and reach frequently
ability to walk and stand for entire shift
frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
fine motor coordination and depth perception
ability to monitor equipment from a distance
willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
CPR and AED certification
experience in medical or clinical environments preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to handle operational responsibilities
teamwork and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties

Oversee employee performance and scheduling
lead inventory control and operational efforts
work with donors to resolve concerns
analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
perform tasks in medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas
foster teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution
ensure compliance with safety protocols including prolonged glove wear
