Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs, occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Ability to tolerate potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens with prolonged glove wear
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through company approved procedures
