Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs, occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Ability to tolerate potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens with prolonged glove wear
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • Create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
  • Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
  • Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through company approved procedures
