Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure risk
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient facing role helpful

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • Create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to center management team with operational improvement ideas
  • Initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
