Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to exposure risk
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient facing role helpful

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to center management team with operational improvement ideas
- Initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
