Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 90 percent of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- one or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

- ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
