Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of related experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform tasks involving walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
- food safety knowledge preferred
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail preferred
- experience with high-quality food production preferred
- food safety certification a plus
- excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
- experience using a point of sale system a plus
- strong cognitive skills
- competent with computer skills
- sense of urgency, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- detail oriented
- ability to maintain composure and work under pressure
- available for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong sense of team and desire to win together
- full time and part time available
Job Duties
- Deliver talk of the town guest service
- support special team captain and lead in food service operations
- prepare and present signature meals and catering
- engage guests with exceptional flavors and presentation
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor inventory and product freshness
- assist with food prep including cooking, baking, frying
- clean and organize work areas and equipment
