Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- subject to office and outdoor environmental conditions
- subject to modified and flexible work schedules
- ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 30 lbs weekly, with assistance for heavier loads
- regular onsite attendance essential
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years customer service experience
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Oversee all cash handling operations at Centennial Beach
- successfully balance receipts, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily bank deposits
- manage work of Guest Services staff, including planning, assigning, scheduling, reviewing work, and ensuring quality standards
- train, develop, and review performance of Guest Services staff
- foster a team environment among staff and cooperate with other Centennial Beach departments
- exercise prompt and professional judgment in rule enforcement and disciplinary actions
- assist customers with facility rentals and process application permits
- respond to all customer comments and inquiries timely
- maintain communication with Centennial Beach Manager about operations and improve processes
- oversee day-to-day operations and act on behalf of supervisor in their absence
- prepare daily and weekly inspections and activity logs including life jacket and vehicle checks
- monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and report needs
- perform general maintenance and janitorial duties
- demonstrate and support district customer service standards
- assist the Beach Manager in daily operations
- maintain open lines of communication between staff
- perform other duties as assigned
