Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years of business experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with PDS or QuickBooks software preferred
- Knowledge of Catholic Church teachings on burial practices
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required
- Ability to work under stress and handle physical tasks
- Availability for evenings and weekend work as needed

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with PDS or QuickBooks software a plus
- Knowledge of Catholic Church end-of-life teachings and burial practices

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Receive and respond to customer requests for plot sales
- Ensure prospective customers understand cemetery services and teachings
- Schedule meetings for plot selection and provide necessary documentation
- Process cemetery donations and plot payments
- Receive and review cemetery contracts and sales invoices
- Coordinate burial scheduling and excavation details
- Mark and locate plots for burials and headstone placements
- Form and participate in the Cemetery Events Committee
- Prepare and distribute communications for All Souls Day and Memorial Day events
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Attend diocesan meetings as necessary
- Advise pastor on business and administrative matters
