Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months guest service work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized guest service assistance to VIP guests throughout their stay
  • Ensure smooth registration and departure procedures for VIP guests
  • Review and log guest preferences and traces in computer systems
  • Respond to visitor information requests and arrange special activities or services
  • Handle special requests from VIP guests and follow up for satisfaction
  • Gather and provide information about property amenities and local events
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
  • Assist with reservation services and post charges to guest accounts
  • Collect payment for services rendered
  • Inspect VIP guest rooms and deliver gifts prior to arrival
  • Uphold company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations
  • Identify and recommend ideas to increase efficiency and cost-savings
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
