Job Requirements

- minimum one year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- assist members and guests with pre-arrival processes, arrival/check-in, and departure/check-out
- conduct pre-arrival and pre-departure calls for members
- handle grocery and amenity orders for members
- review and log guest preferences and traces in the computer system
- perform front office duties including preparing arrival packets and departure folios
- process billing and administrative tasks
- respond to visitor information requests, make special arrangements, and coordinate activities and services
- address special requests from members/guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- answer and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- collaborate with other departments such as engineering, housekeeping, and bell services to resolve issues
- assist with reservation services and Bell/valet services
- perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- maintain shift logs and document pertinent information
- report incidents and unsafe conditions and comply with safety training
- adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
- welcome and assist guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the phone
- develop positive working relationships with team members
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 10 pounds
