Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent professional experience
Experience with celebrity and influencer relations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Detail oriented and highly organized
Experience coordinating travel logistics
Availability to work onsite four days per week in Midtown Manhattan

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant professional experience in celebrity relations
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under time constraints
Detail oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
Proven experience in coordinating travel logistics and time management
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

Manage travel, car and glam bookings for celebrity and influencer talents for fashion shows, brand image events, award shows, and fittings
Process and track invoices related to travel bookings
Liaise with coordination teams to ensure seamless event execution including arrival times and logistics
Coordinate all approved store pulls for PR placements, gifting and allowances
Reconcile budgets for both Louis Vuitton Americas and Louis Vuitton Moët re-bills
Assist with daily administrative duties including managing flowers, invitations, and giftings
Support preparation and execution of product seeding to celebrities, influencers, and stylists including courier management
Manage domestic and international shipments, including booking couriers, generating customs invoices, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery and returns of samples
