Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
proven ability to lead well performing teams
ability to exercise independent judgment
able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures as needed
flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proven leadership and ability to lead, develop and coach teams
ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
NEHA professional food handler certification required
track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment

Job Duties

Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation
train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services
communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
participate in new location grand openings as required
direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary
