Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, consumer-packaged goods or related environment
- Food handler certification from NEHA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervising skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation
- Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
- Communicate between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators
- Participate in new location grand openings
- Direct event activities to promote vendor products
- Collaborate with district manager to evaluate event performance and make adjustments
