Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
  • detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to lead well performing teams
  • ability to exercise independent judgement
  • able to coach and counsel employees
  • flexibility to work in fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in client-side or supplier-side branded consumer-packaged goods industry
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
  • oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
  • train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
  • communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
  • participate in new location grand openings
  • direct all event activities related to vendor product promotion and sales
  • collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments
