Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to lead well performing teams
- ability to exercise independent judgement
- able to coach and counsel employees
- flexibility to work in fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years experience in client-side or supplier-side branded consumer-packaged goods industry
- proven leadership and team development skills
- excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to build and maintain client relationships
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
- oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
- train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
- communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
- participate in new location grand openings
- direct all event activities related to vendor product promotion and sales
- collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments
