Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent
- two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
- detail oriented
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to lead teams
- ability to exercise independent judgement
- able to coach, counsel and take corrective measures
- flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods or supplier and client-side experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proven leadership and team development abilities
- ability to work independently and prioritize
- flexible and adaptable to changing business environments
- track record of building and maintaining customer or client relationships
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- NEHA professional food handler certification required
