two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
ability to lead and manage teams

Job Duties

Recruit part-time staff
train and hire product demonstrators
oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation

communicate effectively between managers, vendors, and demonstrators
participate in new location grand openings
supervise demonstrator teams to ensure high performance
