Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to lead well performing teams
Ability to exercise independent judgement
Able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures as needed
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Willingness to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions
Ability to travel and drive
Commitment to proper safety practices when handling products and cooking

Job Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or supplier-side and client-side combination
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Flexible and adaptable to changing projects and business environment
Skilled in delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web browsers
NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service excellence
Communicate effectively between warehouse managers, vendors and Product Demonstrators
Participate in new location grand openings as required
Direct all activities related to successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust strategies
Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management
Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations
