Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and internet browsers
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting projects and business environments
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel and drive as necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification

- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Experience in coaching and counseling employees
Job Duties
- Recruiting and hiring part-time product demonstrators
- Training and supervising in-store demonstration staff
- Overseeing product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinating communication between warehouse managers, vendors, and product demonstrators
- Participating in new location grand openings and promotional events
- Monitoring and analyzing event performance metrics such as sales, labor hours, and operational costs
- Adjusting strategies to meet sales, service, and operational objectives
