Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience in retail hospitality or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Able to coach and counsel employees and take correct measures as needed
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods company or supplier-side and client-side combination
- Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Supervising skills including delegating responsibility training and evaluating performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in projects or business environment
- Track record of building and maintaining customer and client relationships
- Ability to lead develop and direct people
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Access Outlook and web browsers
- NEHA Professional Food Handler certification
Job Duties
- Recruit train and hire part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
- Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
- Communicate between warehouse managers vendors and demonstrators
- Participate in new location grand openings
- Direct all activities engaged in successful events promotion and sales of vendor products
- Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics
- Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management
