Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
  • Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead well performing teams
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement
  • Able to coach and counsel employees, take correct measures as needs
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions
  • Willingness to travel and drive

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-side or supplier-side branded consumer-packaged goods company
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • Supervising skills including delegating responsibility, training, and evaluating performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business environments
  • Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
  • Ability to direct, lead, and develop people
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and web browsers
  • NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
  • Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation
  • Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services
  • Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
  • Participate in new location grand openings as required
  • Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust strategies
  • Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management
  • Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations
