Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods company or combination of supplier and client-side experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills including delegating, training and performance evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer/client relationships
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
- Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer service
- Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
- Participate in new location grand openings as required
- Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
- Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments
