Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Two to four years experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
  • Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead well performing teams
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement
  • Able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods company or combination of supplier and client-side experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills including delegating, training and performance evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer/client relationships
  • NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
  • Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
  • Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer service
  • Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators
  • Participate in new location grand openings as required
  • Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
  • Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and make adjustments
