Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
  • detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to lead well performing teams
  • ability to exercise independent judgement
  • able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
  • flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or combined supplier and client-side experience
  • NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • ability to work independently and prioritize
  • flexible and adaptable to changing business environments
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsers
  • proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • ability to direct, lead and develop people

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
  • oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
  • train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
  • communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators
  • participate in new location grand openings
  • direct all activities related to successful events, promotions and sales
  • collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and make adjustments
  • support maintenance of corporate policies and governance
  • achieve revenue and net income goals through sales strategy and expense management
  • optimize customer satisfaction through improved operations
