Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
- detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to lead well performing teams
- ability to exercise independent judgement
- able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
- flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or combined supplier and client-side experience
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- ability to work independently and prioritize
- flexible and adaptable to changing business environments
- proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsers
- proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- ability to direct, lead and develop people
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
- oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
- train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service
- communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators
- participate in new location grand openings
- direct all activities related to successful events, promotions and sales
- collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and make adjustments
- support maintenance of corporate policies and governance
- achieve revenue and net income goals through sales strategy and expense management
- optimize customer satisfaction through improved operations
