Job Requirements
- Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR
- Safety-first mindset
- Physically able to lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to climb in and out of the truck
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Physically able to lift over 75 pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
Job Duties
- Safely operate a CDL truck from the Palestine yard start and end shifts in the same location
- Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries
- Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers
- Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, starting at 6 AM with approximately 50 to 60 hours per week
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
