Job Requirements
- Must be over 20 years of age
- Hold a valid Connecticut driver’s license with a CDL passenger endorsement
- Possess a valid medical card
- Pass background checks and SORI checks
- Pass drug and driving tests
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts including mornings and evenings
- Customer service experience

- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team
- Familiarity with shuttle safety and operation
- Ability to conduct pre-trip inspections
- Ability to operate wheelchair lift
Job Duties
- Greet patrons in a polite manner and assist them in any way possible
- Safely shuttle customers to various destinations
- Open and close doors for patrons
- Adhere to all traffic laws and signs to ensure safe operation of shuttles
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management
- Complete required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety requirements
- Record passenger counts and trip times
- Complete necessary daily operation paperwork
- Assist in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
- Sweep shuttles and remove debris to ensure cleanliness
- Fill in as a lot attendant when needed
- Communicate mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Comply with company procedures for shuttle operations
- Operate wheelchair lift and secure chairs with tie-downs as needed
