Job Requirements

  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable CDL positions
  • ability to work independently, efficiently, and in various weather conditions
  • ability to effectively interact with customers
  • ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs using tools, with or without accommodation
  • ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
  • ability to work an average 45-hour week or more including variable times
  • ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without accommodation
  • ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • clean driving record meeting specific criteria
  • must be 21 years or older
  • service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills

Job Qualifications

  • ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the workday
  • must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • must possess a clean driving record as defined by company standards
  • must be at least 21 years of age according to DOT requirements

Job Duties

  • operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • follow defined safe work practices
  • complete DOT required documentation daily
  • maintain professional, courteous, and outgoing demeanor
  • deliver correct products to the right locations within scheduled timeframes
  • manage delivery and account information including cash and receipts
  • identify and execute opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • support team members in decision-making and tasks
  • provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality standards
  • adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
  • upsell additional products and services
  • achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
