Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable positions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in different types of weather
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 45 lbs, with or without accommodation
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start/end times
- Ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking all day with or without accommodation
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Must have a clean driving record as defined by company criteria
- Must be 21 years or older as per DOT regulations
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle multiple times per day
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely following all DOT regulations
- Deliver correct products to residential, commercial, and retail customers within scheduled timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
- Maintain accurate delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- Upsell products and services to meet monthly customer acquisition goals
- Clean water dispensers professionally adhering to quality standards
- Support team decisions and assist colleagues when necessary
