Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently in different weather conditions
- ability to interact effectively with customers in various settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs each
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more with variable start and end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- clean driving record with no major offenses or disqualifications within 3 years
- must be 21 years or older

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving
- report on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- provide courteous, outgoing customer service maintaining a professional image
- deliver correct products to right locations on schedule
- maintain delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and provide solutions
- support team decisions and assist colleagues
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning services
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
