Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently in different types of weather
- ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs, using product handling tools as appropriate
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more including variable start/end times
- ability to sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card for employment
- must possess a clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses or major violations
- must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement)
- proficiency in English for effective communication

Job Duties
- operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly
- follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including no electronic device use while driving
- maintain a professional and courteous service orientation
- deliver correct products to customers on schedule
- maintain accurate delivery and cash receipt records
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services
- identify and communicate operational efficiency opportunities
- support team decisions and assist colleagues
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell products and achieve customer acquisition goals
