Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B license with airbrake endorsement where applicable
- clean driving record with no major offenses or disqualifications in the past 3 years
- ability to obtain DOT medical card
- minimum age of 21 years
- ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- ability to work variable hours including weekends
- strong English language skills for customer communication
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- compliance with company's safety policies
- physical capability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable positions
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently under various weather conditions
- effective customer interaction skills
- ability to lift and carry heavy units averaging 250+ per day weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles 40-55 times daily
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more with variable start and end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the day
- must possess a clean driving record
- must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- operate commercial vehicle safely and follow DOT documentation requirements
- adhere to safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving
- provide courteous and professional customer service
- deliver correct products on schedule according to customer preferences
- maintain accurate delivery and cash receipt records
- support team decisions and assist colleagues when needed
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning services to quality standards
- upsell products and services following pricing and promotion guidelines
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
