Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- service-oriented with strong sales skills
- ability to work independently and in different weather conditions
- ability to effectively interact with customers
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of vehicle 40-55 times daily
- ability to work average 45-hour weeks with variable hours
- ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the day
- must obtain DOT medical card
- must have a clean driving record per DOT standards
- must be 21 years or older
- proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly
- follow defined safe work practices
- complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including no use of electronic devices while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- deliver correct products to customers within scheduled timeframes
- maintain delivery information including cash and receipts
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services following quality processes
- identify operational efficiencies and propose actionable solutions
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed
