Job Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license or chauffeur's license appropriate for vehicle weight
  • Successful completion of background check and drug testing
  • Passing DOT physical exam
  • Age 21 or older
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Compliance with clean-shaven requirement if applicable
  • Passing 10 panel drug screen

  • Ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff
  • Ability to remain focused in busy environments
  • Must hold a commercial driver's license or chauffeur's license appropriate for vehicle weight
  • Must pass required background and drug testing
  • Must pass DOT physical examination
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Must be clean shaven if required by customers
  • Willingness to undergo 10 panel drug screening

Job Duties

  • Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
  • Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing safety regulations
  • Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals
  • Assist with loading or load and unload goods and materials using specialized equipment when required
  • Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork, delivering documentation to shipping office upon route completion
  • Facilitate routine service on trucks, checking oil, water, gasoline, and air, reporting maintenance issues
  • Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns
