Job Requirements
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Certification
- Completion of FMCSA Registration
- Ability to continuously lift and handle freight/materials up to 100 pounds
- Must be 21 years old for transporting hazardous materials
- A clean driving record with no hit and runs or DWI/DUI in the last 18 months
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance and OSHA safety regulations
- Basic computer skills to record deliveries and track inventory on a computer or tablet
- Must meet DOT medical certification standards
- Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 100 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to bend, crouch, and maintain prolonged seating and standing as part of physical activity
- Local travel required starting and ending at the branch
- Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Job Qualifications

- Must be 21 years old for transporting hazardous materials

- Air brake endorsement preferred
- Experience operating manual or automatic transmission vehicles preferred
- Valid and unexpired forklift certification preferred
- Valid and unexpired certification to operate a Moffett truck-mounted forklift preferred
- Prior commercial driving experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Follow all DOT rules and maintain a clean driving record
- Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation of hazardous materials
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safe and on-time deliveries
- Load, unload, and organize orders carefully ensuring all products are properly secured and hazardous materials separated appropriately
- Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Double-check purchase orders and delivery tickets to confirm routes and inventory
- Support job site safety by checking for and reporting potential hazards
- Take photos of all delivered products as required by company policy
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and receipts
