Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be reliable, presentable, and professional
- Strong team player skills
- Experience working with customers in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass criminal history background check and drug testing per US Customs and DOT regulations
- Basic math skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work under various weather conditions and in noisy environments
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain good relations with customers
- Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and food handling policies
- Comply with federal, state, and company requirements to maintain special licenses
- Effectively communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL Drivers, and management
- Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
- Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
- Ensure punctual arrival at airport while prioritizing safety
- Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety standards are fulfilled
- Adhere to vehicle fueling procedures according to company policy
- Conduct pre-trip inspection requirements
- Identify and report problematic areas to shift Supervisor and Management
- Comply with all related training for this role
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
