Job Requirements
- minimum age of 21 years old
- knowledge of local streets and hotel location
- able to read, speak and understand English
- valid driver’s license
- current and valid DOT-required documents including Hawaii driver history record, physical examination, and medical clearance card
- meet company's substance abuse policy and Department of Transportation regulations
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to perform simple math functions
- ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- ability to maintain professional conduct and appearance
- ability to assist passengers requiring special assistance
- ability to comply with safety and team policies
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance

- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- obtain appropriate documents to meet DOT regulations and ensure documents remain current to maintain driver’s eligibility
- perform duties of a driver with professionalism and a courteous manner
- greet customers with aloha and provide exceptional customer service
- perform systematic and thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete driver’s inspection reports
- assist passengers needing special assistance and secure wheelchairs
- pick up and drop off passengers in an orderly and efficient manner
- report counts, changes, and destination to dispatcher
- refuel and clean vehicle
- fill out vehicle accident reports and follow company policies in the event of an accident
