Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
- Must have a valid CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
- Must be reliable, presentable, and professional
- Able to work with others as a team player
- Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs: Outlook, Excel, Word
- All applicants are subject to a criminal history background check and drug testing per US Customs and Border Protection Access and DOT regulations
- Schedule flexibility and availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays is required
- Must have basic math skills

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintains good relations with customers
- Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
- Comply with federal, state and/or Company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
- Effectively communicates between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management
- Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
- Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
- Ensure arrival at airport is punctual while keeping safety a priority, avoid delays and lapses
- Ensure that the requirements of hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled
- Ensure that vehicle fueling and associated procedures are adhered to according to company policy
- Conduct Pre-trip inspection requirements
- Identify problematic areas and inform the shift Supervisor and Management of any issues
- Other tasks may be added or removed by Management according to business requirements
- Comply with all related training for this role
