Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid CDL license with air brake endorsement
Able to understand and communicate in English
Must be reliable, presentable, and professional
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Willingness to undergo criminal history background check and drug testing per regulations
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
Reliable, presentable, and professional
Able to work with others as a team player
Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs: Outlook, Excel, Word
Must have a CDL license with air brake endorsement

Job Duties

Communicate effectively with team members
Maintains good relations with customers
Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
Comply with federal, state and/or Company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
Effectively communicates between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management
Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
Ensure arrival at airport is punctual while keeping safety a priority, avoid delays and lapses
Ensure that the requirements of hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled
Ensure that vehicle fueling and associated procedures are adhered to according to company policy
Conduct Pre-trip inspection requirements
Identify problematic areas and inform the shift Supervisor and Management of any issues
Other tasks may be added or removed by Management according to business requirements
Comply with all related training for this role
