Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
  • CDL license with air brake endorsement
  • Must be reliable, presentable, professional
  • Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of performing pre-trip inspections and adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Must pass criminal background and drug test
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in teams
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
  • Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
  • Reliable, presentable, and professional
  • Able to work with others as a team player
  • Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Must have a CDL license with air brake endorsement
  • Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug testing per US Customs & Border Protection Access and DOT regulations
  • Basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Maintain good relations with customers
  • Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
  • Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
  • Comply with federal, state and/or company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
  • Effectively communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management
  • Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
  • Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
  • Ensure arrival at airport is punctual while keeping safety a priority, avoid delays and lapses
  • Ensure that the requirements of hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled
  • Ensure that vehicle fueling and associated procedures are adhered to according to company policy
  • Conduct pre-trip inspection requirements
  • Identify problematic areas and inform the shift Supervisor and Management of any issues
  • Comply with all related training for this role
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management according to business requirements
