Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
CDL license with air brake endorsement
Must be reliable, presentable, professional
Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capable of performing pre-trip inspections and adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Must pass criminal background and drug test
Able to communicate effectively in English
Must have basic math skills
Must be able to work independently and in teams
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noise

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
Reliable, presentable, and professional
Able to work with others as a team player
Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Must have a CDL license with air brake endorsement
Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug testing per US Customs & Border Protection Access and DOT regulations
Basic math skills

Job Duties

Communicate effectively with team members
Maintain good relations with customers
Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
Comply with federal, state and/or company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
Effectively communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management
Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
Ensure arrival at airport is punctual while keeping safety a priority, avoid delays and lapses
Ensure that the requirements of hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled
Ensure that vehicle fueling and associated procedures are adhered to according to company policy
Conduct pre-trip inspection requirements
Identify problematic areas and inform the shift Supervisor and Management of any issues
Comply with all related training for this role
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management according to business requirements
