Job Requirements
- Must hold a commercial driver's license Class A or chauffeur's license appropriate for vehicle weight
- Must pass background and drug testing per federal and state department of transportation regulations
- Must pass a DOT physical examination
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in truck cab
- CDL drivers may need to be clean shaven as required by some customers
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen as this is a safety sensitive position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
- Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes obeying traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas following loading crew signals
- Assist with loading and unloading goods using specialized equipment when necessary
- Maintain signed invoices, bills of lading and other required paperwork and deliver documentation to appropriate personnel
- Perform routine service checks on trucks including oil, water, gasoline and air and report maintenance issues
- Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
