Job Requirements

  • Active CDL license
  • valid DOT Medical Card
  • safe driving record
  • physical ability to lift or carry up to 100 lbs
  • ability to climb ladders or stairs
  • capability to work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • pass pre-employment drug screen
  • undergo pre-employment physical
  • consent to background checks including Clearinghouse and MVR checks
  • willingness to comply with company safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • current DOT Medical Card
  • proven safe driving record
  • physically able to lift or carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders or stairs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
  • previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
  • willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
  • load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
  • ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
  • conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of team members and the public
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
  • work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
  • assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
