Job Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • current DOT medical card
  • physically able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
  • climb ladders and stairs
  • work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen and physical
  • consent to background checks including Clearinghouse and MVR checks

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • current DOT medical card
  • proven safe driving record
  • physically able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs climb ladders and work in varying weather conditions
  • no unexplained gaps in employment history
  • strong teamwork reliability and adaptability
  • previous experience as mixer operator or similar role preferred but not mandatory
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings

Job Duties

  • Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to transport and deliver concrete products
  • load and mix concrete ingredients according to job orders and company protocols
  • ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites maintaining courteous and professional customer interactions
  • conduct pre- and post-operation checks on mixers to ensure proper functioning and report maintenance needs
  • adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure safety of team members and the public
  • maintain accurate delivery and vehicle maintenance records
  • collaborate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing
  • assist in maintenance tasks and production support as assigned
