Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a current Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- 3 years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
- TWIC card preferred
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess a current Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Minimum one year of commercial driving experience
- Three years of acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance
Job Duties
- Safely operate vehicles including 22-foot dual axle delivery trucks
- Deliver, unload, and exchange Nalco equipment at customer locations
- Perform maintenance tasks on Nalco equipment such as changing filters, exchanging tanks, or replacing UV components
- Troubleshoot equipment issues including calibration of meters, changing pumps, and clamping hoses
- Make between 2 to 10 deliveries per day as required
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and handcart for equipment handling at warehouse and customer sites
- Maintain vehicles and equipment with daily and periodic safety and mechanical inspections
- Follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery location maps
- Keep driver hours of service records using Samsara or paper logbooks
- Communicate regularly with sales and supervisors regarding field and safety issues
- Collaborate with Nalco sales team to fulfill customer needs
- Wear appropriate safety gear during all delivery operations
- Stay updated with safety techniques and improve driving and safety skills
- Identify and avoid workplace safety hazards
