Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B
- Minimum of three months commercial driving experience preferred
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
- Physical ability to perform job duties
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour day shifts Monday to Saturday including overtime
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B
- Prior experience driving commercial vehicles preferred
- Experience operating mixer trucks preferred
- Ability to maintain accurate vehicle inspection reports
- Strong communication skills for dispatcher interaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
- Commitment to safety and quality service
Job Duties
- Maintain daily vehicle inspections and reports including time sheets, mileage logs, DOT hours of service where applicable
- Responsible for keeping equipment clean using approved cleaning materials after deliveries to prevent concrete hardening in mixer drum and on truck
- Deliver quality product to customers in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
- Assure product quality to the best of the driver's ability
- Operate communication systems to update dispatchers on status
- Assemble concrete chutes where applicable
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and yard duties as needed
