Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B
  • Minimum of three months commercial driving experience preferred
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
  • Physical ability to perform job duties
  • Willingness to work 10-12 hour day shifts Monday to Saturday including overtime

Job Qualifications

  • Valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B
  • Prior experience driving commercial vehicles preferred
  • Experience operating mixer trucks preferred
  • Ability to maintain accurate vehicle inspection reports
  • Strong communication skills for dispatcher interaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • Commitment to safety and quality service

Job Duties

  • Maintain daily vehicle inspections and reports including time sheets, mileage logs, DOT hours of service where applicable
  • Responsible for keeping equipment clean using approved cleaning materials after deliveries to prevent concrete hardening in mixer drum and on truck
  • Deliver quality product to customers in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
  • Assure product quality to the best of the driver's ability
  • Operate communication systems to update dispatchers on status
  • Assemble concrete chutes where applicable
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and yard duties as needed
