- 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

- Minimum 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to operate Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and related equipment
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in time management and route planning
Job Duties
- Drive assigned OTR routes safely and efficiently
- Follow all federal, state, and company regulations for commercial driving
- Maintain proper handling of no-touch freight
- Utilize modern equipment such as refrigerated trailers and ensure proper operation of on-board amenities
- Complete all required inspections and report safety or maintenance issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to meet guaranteed weekly mileage and pay targets
- Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route updates and delivery status
