Job Requirements

  • valid class A CDL
  • at least 21 years of age
  • one year CDL A driving experience preferred
  • ability to operate doubles and triples
  • hiring within 40 miles of San Jose, CA
  • clean driving record
  • pass DOT medical examination

Job Qualifications

  • valid class A CDL
  • minimum one year CDL A driving experience preferred
  • preferred endorsements include doubles/triples tanker and hazmat
  • strong knowledge of local San Jose, CA area
  • excellent communication skills
  • good customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • operate tractor-trailer combinations including doubles and triples
  • provide excellent service to customers
  • load and unload freight
  • maintain compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations
  • perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • ensure timely delivery of freight
