Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 22 years
- At least one year recent OTR experience for company drivers
- Six months recent OTR experience for lease drivers
- No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum age of 22 years
- At least one year of recent over-the-road (OTR) experience for company drivers
- Six months of recent OTR experience for lease drivers
- Ability to maintain professionalism and safety standards on the road
- Good communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Operate commercial Class A tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all DOT and company regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Utilize GPS and communication devices to maintain route schedules and home time
- Handle no-touch dry van freight including drop and hook procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers for freight updates
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in accordance with legal requirements
