Job Requirements

  • CDL-A license
  • 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
  • Ability to obtain tank endorsement
  • Doubles/triples endorsement
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical exam
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and extended periods away from home

  • Strong understanding of federal and state driving regulations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on trucks

Job Duties

  • Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
  • Input macros into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations including size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods as well as company policies and procedures
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions
  • Report defects, accidents or violations
