Job Requirements
- CDL-A
- 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
- Ability to obtain tank endorsement
- Ability to obtain doubles/triples endorsement
Job Qualifications
- Hold a valid CDL-A license
- Have 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
- Ability to obtain tank endorsement
- Ability to obtain doubles/triples endorsement
- Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
- Proficient in vehicle inspection and maintenance
- Strong route planning and time management skills
Job Duties
- Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Input macros into automated system for loading and unloading
- Comply with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
