Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
- Minimum age: 23 years old
- Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
- Minimum 1 year of liquid tanker hauling experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Milk Handler Certification
- Valid DOT Medical Card with proof of insurability
- Familiarity with ELDs and Hours of Service regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to drop and hook trailers
- Ability to climb ladders to check trailer seals
- Strong navigation and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach overhead
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and approved techniques
- Safely transport bulk dairy products to processing plants in compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, delays, or issues
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and required paperwork
- Ensure proper milk handling practices at all times
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to farms, plants, and other stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
