Job Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- minimum 21 years of age
- minimum 1-year verifiable tractor trailer driving experience in the last 10 years
- no more than three moving violations within last 36 months
- no more than two preventable accidents within last 24 months
- able to pass FMCSA pre-hire drug screen
- no prior FMCSA positive drug or alcohol tests or refusals within last 10 years
- able to pass previous employer and criminal background check
- no misdemeanor in last 5 years
- no felony convictions in last 7 years
- live within 60 miles of Dallas/Ft Worth, TX
- truck with double or triple axle meeting DOT inspection standards
Job Qualifications

- TWIC and HazMat certifications optional but beneficial
- no more than three moving violations within the last 36 months
- no more than two preventable accidents within the last 24 months
- able to pass FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and with no prior FMCSA positive drug or alcohol tests or refusals within last 10 years
- pass previous employer and criminal background check with no misdemeanors in last 5 years or felony convictions in last 7 years
- reside within 60 miles of Dallas/Ft Worth, TX
Job Duties
- Operate under Gulf Winds authority
- maintain and operate truck with double or triple axle meeting DOT inspection standards
- follow local and regional routes including Austin, San Antonio, and Houston with same-day return to Dallas
- execute 75% drop and hook loads efficiently
- communicate promptly using GWI Move platform
- comply with all safety and regulatory requirements
- coordinate with dispatch for schedule and load planning
