Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
- ability to lift, push, or move products weighing on average 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Job Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
- 1 year customer delivery experience preferred
- 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred
- 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
- 2 years consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned routes
- manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- become familiar with customer operations to meet needs and expectations
- adhere to assigned route schedules and timeframes
- comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines
- handle freight that may include lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing between 40-100 pounds
